1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 Single Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account at 99ab ai. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details – is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 99ab ai will close all accounts and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.
Important: Do not register on behalf of another person. Your 99ab ai account must reflect your own genuine identity and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To register at 99ab ai, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and create a secure password. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid payment method. All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your account promptly.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your 99ab ai login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any other person. 99ab ai will never contact you asking for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via the live chat function or at support@99abai.click. Any activity conducted through your account before you report a compromise remains your responsibility.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
99ab ai may request identity verification documents at any stage – particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed may have withdrawals suspended until the process is finalised.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your 99ab ai account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 working days. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or terms violations may not be closed until the investigation is complete.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
99ab ai accepts the following PKR payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani rupees. No currency conversion fees are applied by 99ab ai.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at 99ab ai is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 99ab ai reserves the right to request verification for large deposits in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00pm PKT are typically processed and credited to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account within 10 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to one working day depending on your bank's processing times. 99ab ai does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal to the Same Method
For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. If you have deposited using Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be processed to the same Easypaisa number. If you need to update your payment method, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.
Real-money winnings and verified cashback from the 99ab ai VIP Club can be withdrawn at any time without restriction. Only bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are subject to withdrawal holds.
4.5 Deposit Integrity
All deposits to 99ab ai must come from accounts or cards held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register at 99ab ai and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 30,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The welcome bonus is applied automatically – no promotional code is required. The welcome bonus is available once per household, device, and IP address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds at 99ab ai are subject to a wagering requirement of 25× the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 must be wagered a total of Rs 25,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds not fully wagered within this period will expire without value.
5.3 Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, Andar Bahar, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 25%. 5.4 VIP Cashback
Cashback earned through the 99ab ai VIP Club programme is credited as real money and is fully withdrawable without additional wagering requirements. VIP cashback is distinct from promotional bonus funds and is not subject to the conditions described in clause 5.2.
5.5 Bonus Abuse
99ab ai reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, cancel pending bonuses, and withhold associated winnings if we identify behaviour consistent with bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements across multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or repeatedly claiming bonuses without genuine gameplay. 5.6 Refer a Friend
The 99ab ai Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn rewards when they successfully introduce new players to the platform. Fraudulent referrals – including self-referrals or referrals to accounts you control – will result in forfeiture of all associated rewards.
6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Rules

In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific game rules apply to gameplay decisions, while these Terms govern account-level matters such as payments, bonuses, and account conduct.
6.2 Random Number Generation

Game results are determined at the point of each spin or hand, are completely independent of previous results, and cannot be influenced by any player action other than the choices available within the game interface itself.
6.3 Provably Fair Crash Games

6.4 Technical Faults
In the event of a technical fault during gameplay – including server disconnection, software error, or an interrupted game round – 99ab ai will use its game logs to determine the correct resolution. Where a round cannot be completed due to a fault on our side, bets will be voided and returned to the player's account. 99ab ai is not liable for any consequential losses resulting from technical faults beyond the original bet amount.

7. Responsible Gaming

- Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain. If you discover a bug, report it to support immediately.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
- Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 99ab ai staff or other players.
- Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
99ab ai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its discretion. Where an account is suspended for investigation, 99ab ai will notify the player via the registered contact details and outline the nature of the concern. Players are entitled to respond and provide additional information during the investigation period. Investigations are typically completed within 14 working days.
Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, 99ab ai may withhold the balance at its discretion depending on the nature of the breach. Players who disagree with an account decision may escalate by contacting support and requesting a senior review.
11. Limitation of Liability
99ab ai provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows or due to unforeseen technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99ab ai's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of real-money funds held in their account at the time of any relevant incident. 99ab ai is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits 99ab ai's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Amendments to These Terms
